Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Nature of Our Service
ProMaxPicks sells access to digital information and analytical content. Our picks and analysis are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the content is consumed instantly, all sales are generally considered final.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If our platform experienced a verified outage that prevented you from accessing picks during your subscription period.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same purchase.
- Non-delivery: If no picks were published during your entire subscription period (not applicable to individual days without picks).
3. Refunds NOT Granted For
- Losing picks: Our service provides statistical analysis, not guaranteed outcomes. Losses are an expected part of sports predictions. Purchasing a subscription acknowledges this risk.
- Dissatisfaction with results: Win rates fluctuate. Short-term results do not represent long-term performance.
- Failure to check picks: If you purchased access but did not log in to view the picks.
- Account suspension: If your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service (including account sharing).
- Change of mind: After accessing any pick content.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Email support@promaxpicks.com within 48 hours of purchase.
- Include your email address, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Important: We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously.
- Before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first at support@promaxpicks.com.
- Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us will result in permanent account termination.
- We maintain detailed records of all transactions, account access logs, and content delivery timestamps, which we will provide to payment processors during dispute resolution.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Partial Refunds
For weekly or monthly plans where a legitimate issue occurs partway through the subscription period, we may offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused days at our discretion.
