1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProMaxPicks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

ProMaxPicks is a sports analytics and information service. We provide data-driven statistical analysis and predictions for entertainment and informational purposes only.

• We are NOT a casino, sportsbook, or gambling operator.
• We do NOT accept bets, wagers, or stakes of any kind.
• We do NOT facilitate, promote, or encourage gambling.
• We provide statistical analysis and information — how you use it is solely your decision and responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using ProMaxPicks, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Security & Single-User Policy

Each account is licensed to one (1) individual only.

• You may not share, transfer, sell, or distribute your login credentials or access codes.
• Our system monitors access patterns including IP addresses, device fingerprints, and login locations.
• If our system detects access from multiple locations, devices, or IPs inconsistent with a single user, you will receive a warning.
• After three (3) security alerts, your account will be permanently suspended without refund.
• Attempts to circumvent our security measures (VPNs, proxies, device spoofing) for the purpose of sharing access may result in immediate account termination.

5. Subscription Plans & Pricing

• MAX Pick: Daily ($25), Weekly ($129), Monthly ($349)
• PROMAX Pick: Daily ($99), Weekly ($449), Monthly ($1,299)

All prices are in USD. Plans are non-recurring — you purchase access for a specific period. Access begins immediately upon payment.

6. Delivery of Service

Picks are generated and published daily by 8:00 AM Eastern Time. While we strive for consistent delivery, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Some days may have fewer picks than usual due to scheduling, off-seasons, or quality thresholds not being met.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Our statistical models provide probability assessments, not certainties. You acknowledge that:

• Losses are a normal and expected part of any prediction service.
• No prediction service can guarantee wins.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on our information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, picks, data models, and materials on ProMaxPicks are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, screenshot, record, or share any content from the Service.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account access or picks with non-subscribers
• Scraping, copying, or automating access to the Service
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reselling or redistributing our analysis
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our prediction models

10. Limitation of Liability

ProMaxPicks is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ProMaxPicks, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including but not limited to violation of these terms, account sharing, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
